Low Dose Naltrexone is simply a much smaller dosage (Typically 1/50) of a 30 year old proven drug called Naltrexone. LDN has increasingly been shown to put a wide variety of auto-immune and other conditions (e.g. Crohn's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis (MS) into remission with virtually no side effects.

Scientific Paper - Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) for Cancer
This is by Dr Berkson, who has been having a lot of success with LDN and Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) in treating cancer patients.
